Review : Color Sensational Creamy Mattes by Maybelline

Today we will talk about one of my favorite makeup product,which is matte lipsticks!!Recently Maybelline launch a new Color Sensational line, ''The Creamy Mattes''.Both on my local drugstore and Boot's site are available six of the shades so far but in the official Maybelline site you can find 20!!Finger cross that we will be able to grab all the other colors soon but until then in today's post i will talk you about the shades that i bought and what i think about the consistency of those lipsticks!!

As you can see on the photo,i bought three of the shades,which compliment the most my skin tone and i knew that i will wear them a lot! The shade that i pick up first was the 975 Divine Red!No matter that i already have lipsticks similar to that one,i think that you can never have enough!!It's a dark,deep wine red color,kind of burgundy,which maybe looks like too dark on the tube but it's perfect on the lips!

Next,it's the 965 Siren In Scarlet,a classic vibrant red color,which i find it pretty wearable for both day and night!It gives a pop of color in your face and can pretty much uplift your mood during a bad or gloomy winter day!

Speaking of uplifting colors,let's talk about the 950 Magnetic Magenta!!Quite unusual color for a winter/fall collection,but as the girl on the counter told me,so in for this season!But let's be real,no matter if it's in or out,if we want to wear fuchsia in the middle or the winter who gonna stop us!Not sure though how to describe you this color,it's not pink,it's not purple,it's something in the middle!

(and a small tip,you can mix the 975 with 950,and you will have a fourth gorgeous shade,a dark purpl-y one)   

Enough with the colors,because as you can tell get a little bit too excited!Let's talk about the consistency...

Those lipsticks it's exactly what their names say about them,mattes and so creamy at the same time!

Usually,at least what i tried so far,matte lipsticks tend to be a little bit dry on the lips,and after a while make the lips look quite unattractive with dry patches...

But not those ones!You can apply them so easily on the lips without dragging them and you can feel how creamy they are,a feeling that stay all day long,or at least as long as you wear them!I can tell you for sure that it's long lasting,doesn't transfer around the lips,and even if fade out,after drinking or eating you can really tell because the color stay on the lips!

Last but not least,it's super pigmented (as you can tell from the photo) and pay off their color without the need to apply a ton of them!Plus,as drugstore products are pretty affordable,which make them,at my opinion, a must have!!
